Health forms for Zafu yoga sessions – contact details, date of birth, and health details. This information is used to manage class details and safely teach yoga.
Class registers – Records are kept of who attends each session. The registers form part of the record required for Companies House. Current registers are borough to each class, historic registers are stored in a locked cabinet.
Length of time data is held – Zafu is required by Companies House and the insurance company to retains records for a period of 7 years after clients stop attending classes. After this time the forms are shredded.
Updating information held – People update their health information as needed..
Phone numbers - Are kept on the original registration form.
Sharing of data - Zafu Ltd does not share any client data with other people or organisations
