Reflections on our Yoga year.

We have been on an amazing journey over the last twelve months.  Our yoga sessions are becoming incredibly popular with class groups growing and regular requests for us to consider offering sessions in new venues.  In most cases we have been able to offer 6 week taster sessions and if these prove successful we continue.  This time last year we delivered yoga in 2 small village venues, going into the autumn this year we are delivering 8 sessions a week, with more planned.

We have also been delighted to be able to support other events in the region.  We had a super time at the Hambleton Leisure Centre at the Men’s Health Week launch event in June.  We had a great time sharing some practice with some lovely people, mostly new to yoga.  The Pitstop Festival , held at Croft Racing Circuit, was another special opportunity to offer yoga ‘cool down’ to the runners on what was a very hot July evening.  The year was finished off with a ‘chill with gill’ session being delivered at a luxury venue for a gorgeous group spending the weekend on a hen party – tremendous fun.

One highlight of the year was our yoga bug!  We decided to turn our little red Up into a yoga bug.  Superb graphics by our brilliant marketing company ( Hubspoke marketing), super application by a local firm ( ScreenTech)  complimented by our very own personalised  YO64 BUG number plate.  Its lovely to see people smile as we pass with the very clear message ‘KEEP CALM AND DO YOGA ‘ printed on the bonnet.
